Return/Exchange Policy & Procedures

Here at Bayou Hair Care, we strive for excellence. If customers are not completely satisfied with a Bayou Hair Care purchase for any reason, please view our return/exchange polices below.

ALL Roux Hair Growing (Oils) are non-refundable items.

Any returned Bayou Hair Care (www.bayouhair.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 15 days of purchase.

All other Bayou Hair Care Products and accessories must be returned, sealed and unused, within 15 days of purchase. All Bayou Hair Care Apparel (head wraps) can be returned or exchanged for size within 30 days of purchase. All returned/exchanged apparel must be unworn.

Purchases made on www.bayouhair.com can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Bayou Hair Care.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.

After returning merchandise back to Bayou Hair Care, via mail, we will review your item(s) within 30 days of receiving items. After reviewing the items, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit for the purchase price of the item. Customers who paid with Amazon or PayPal will receive full refund back to Amazon on PayPal account.
